The main objective of the Mind Map task is to structure and analyze knowledge around a certain topic. You can design a detailed mind map template and restrict the learner’s participation to filling in the blanks or, alternatively, give the learner full access to all the interactive components, including the creation of new basic elements. In the example below learners are only allowed to fill in the blanks but hints have been provided.
